Together with Arne Jones, Olle Bonniér, Lennart Rodhe among others they went in a new direction on the Swedish art scene from 1947 and onwards. Olofsson was a great admirer of dance and music and his paintings were often inspired by his non figurative images of these impressions. The line that keeps on going in a closed circuit could be for example a moving scheme from a dance of some sort.

Artist: Pierre Olofsson

Year: 1950s

Condition: Very good

Dimensions: W. 43 H. 57 cm

-Fixed 150 € shipping cost on all larger item orders of 1500 € or more to customers in Germany, France, Scandinavia, Belgium, Netherlands.
