Art Deco tobacco jar designed and made in Stockholm, Sweden in 1929. Typical design for the time drawing inspiration from the Far east and China particularly. The main focal point is the stylized etching of an east asian man smoking a pipe. The lid imitating a metal sheep roof and roof top decoration. Whimsical and original design. Very good vintage condition with light age related wear and patina.
