Art deco table lamp made in Sweden during the 1920s. Made by unknown designer and manufacturer. The high light of the design is the intricate joinery detail on the lamp stem where the dark ebonized oak and lighter beech form a geometric decoration. The geometric expression is reinforced even more by the square base accentuated by the dark oak edge. Very good vintage condition with few signs of age related wear and patina. The lamp shade is new. Electric components have been redone. Original turn light switch on the lamp mount in working order.
